Engineers have resolved the congestion across our backbone and are continuing to resolve the root cause issue in our Amsterdam POP.

Update

Engineers have isolated the issue in Europe to our Amsterdam POP to a routing component failure. They are presently working to re-route traffic to alternate nearby POPs to eliminate overload across our backbone which is presently causing some packet loss and latency across our network.

We are currently investigating reports of degraded network performance including additional latency and packet loss across portions of our network in Europe. Engineers are actively investigating the issue at this time. We will post updates here as they become available.
