This issue has been resolved and all systems affected by the power event have been brought online and/or replaced.
We will provide further details of this event, our remedy, and planned future changes to mitigate a repeat incident as soon as we have completed all of our investigations.
We have isolated this issue to a power event at our Amsterdam datacenter. Onsite engineers are currently working to restore affected systems at this time.
We are currently investigating reports of degraded network performance including additional latency and packet loss across portions of our network in Europe. Engineers are actively investigating the issue at this time. We will post updates here as they become available. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service to normal levels as quickly as possible.
