On Friday November 18, 2022 at 11:30 PM Eastern time we will be performing service-impacting network maintenance in our Dallas POP in order to upgrade hardware and software for our VPN infrastructure that supports our Multi-cloud Networking service.

There will be NO DISRUPTION to any other platform services, including ADC-as-a-Service, Load Balancing, WAF, DNS etc. This maintenance will only impact VPN connectivity/services for approximately 30 minutes. Customers with redundant VPN connections from multiple Total Uptime POPs will not be impacted by this work, they will simply be “at risk” due to the lack of redundancy. Customers without VPN redundancy will see a short downtime period.
